1. Setup your Email account in Cpanel 

  • First, you have to log in to your Cpanel account, and there at the top, you will see a search box you have to search your email account on that search box. 

  • Then click on the Email account icon it will take you to the Email account page. On this, you will see number of tabs. You have to select Email account, which will lead you to the Email account page. 

  • Now here, you have to click on the Create Account tab.

  • Where a form will appear in front of you. You have to fill that form with your desired email address, Password, and mailbox storage space. 

  • Once you have fill that form, click on the create option, and that's it your new CPanel email address is ready. If you wanna check your new email, click on the check mail. 

2.  Gather Email configuration Details

  • On that same page if you look there will be a connect device option. Click on that you will get you will be getting a full detail of Email configuration 

  • After you click on the connect device option it will guide you to mail client manual settings 

3. Connect Gmail  

Now to connect your Gmail account you have to first go to your email 

  • There click on the setting icon which appears on the top right corner of your screen. 

  • There you will get a submenu option from there you have to click on more settings.

  • On the settings page you have to look for the Accounts and import option.

  • On the same page look for check mail from another account option. There you have to click on add a mail account option 

  • Where a yellow popup will appear on the screen that will ask which email address you would like to submit

  • Add that Gmail and then submit and then click on next. 

  • There two options will be popped up where you have to select import email from my other account. Then click next. 

  • In the next step they will ask for the username and password the username will be your email address and the password will be the one that you created when setting up your email account.

  • When you have finished putting your personal details click on the add account button

  • Where a popup appears in which it will be asking wanna retrieve mail from this account? There click on the yes option. 

  • Click yes and select next, where you will be able to send a mail with the same email id.

  • Finally a confirmation code will be sent to your domain email address. You will receive a form Gmail find the code and enter it there instantly. And after that click on verify. Please always check the code mail might get to the spam mailbox put that code
