As you all know, emails are an absolute workhorse for marketers and are also a powerful way to reach your target audience and grow your customer base. Hence, if your email open rates are low, then it is quite likely that your emails are not making it to the subscriber's email box and landing in the spam.   • Check if the DMARC is been set up correctly, as it allows you to tell your inbox providers to reject emails that weren't sent from trusted sources.

2. Always keep in mind your IP Address's credibility 

The IP address you use to send your emails plays a very major role. Each IP address has a history that mailbox providers always keep track of. When you’re sending email via a shared IP, it must have combined sending habits. Let me give you an example a record of low bounce rate and spam complaints builds your email credibility more. 

3. When your Email receiver marked you as spam 

This is one of the most important factors that your email is been ending up in spam. It's quite certain that the user's spam report directly impacts your deliverability. If more of your users report your email as spam, it will directly impact your deliverability. 

4. When there is no opt-out link 

Have you ever been stuck in a place where you have to unsubscribe someone's email, but there is no option to unsubscribe option? In that, what we must do is mark it as a spam Email. This is the case where you are annoying your subscribers, and you know where it ends up probably in the spam box.
